I'll cut it when I dye it cause my hair is waaaaay too long >.< I tried telling my mom that the only way I'd cut my hair is if I could have it dyed too but then she asked me what color I wan't to dye then I told her that I didn't have any particular color in mind then she said that I could only get it cut but not dyed >.< lol
